Its a handy app but the function of it is terrible! If your wanting to just check your account and current orders you have to go through the process again of entering your postcode and choosing a shop. Everytime i leave the app it logs me out, so i also need to go through the process of logging back in aswell🙄 its a very good app just very flawed

I use this app regularly for my local spar. I have a disability that means often I'm not able to go myself. The staff at the store on Welland Road dogsthorpe are so good, they call before they sub something, just to see if there is a good option for me. They deliver quickly and are always friendly. If I ever have a query then I just call the store and they are happy to help however possible.

It's a good app but when a business goes down like when their Internet fails, the app doesn't know this so customers order and pay only to get their order cancelled and refunds take up to a week. Thus harming the independent retailer's reputation. Beware also of high delivery charges and substitutions without warning. Always best to ring retailer first to see if their Internet connection is working before ordering via the app. This is now a given.
